St. George’s Nursery celebrated Nursery Practitioner Day on 17th October to celebrate our wonderful team.
Enderby posted the attached to their newsfeed on Famly and to the nursery board at the front door. Once they received comments from parents, they put these together and left the comments in the staff room. Staff loved it and felt it gave them a great boost.
As a group we took the opportunity to thank staff for their hard work and dedication. We also used it as an opportunity for our management teams and staff team to recognise one another in our staff awards (we hold these twice a year).
We had great feedback from parents at St. George’s Nursery Enderby:
“Morning team, Just wanted to say that we find everyone so kind and caring at St George’s, Michael loves coming to nursery! In particular, since we’ve been bringing Michael a year ago, we have noticed that Charlie has grown in confidence massively, our handovers are always so friendly, and we can see how much she enjoys her job. Thanks, Alex.”
“Just wanted to start by saying a huge thank you to you all for what you do. Special thank you to Hayley. The bond you have with Theo is beautiful. We don’t worry or stress whilst he is at nursery because of the love and care you have for Theo and all the children. Theo loves you lots. Thank you, Ben and Darryl x”
“Preschool do some lovely activities and we always get great photos.”
“Ava’s teachers are amazing! They are so caring and kind and do their best with her everyday. Ava classes “Shauna, Laura, Rachael, Abbie and Charlie as her best friends”. We couldn’t ask for better carers for her 🥰”
“Hayley is really kind with a loving nature. It makes leaving my baby much easier. She is always smiling.”
“A big thank you to Emma, Lisa, Abbie and everyone else within the nursery. The whole experience about St Georges has been great. We had a warm welcome by Emma who first showed us around the preschool and was very informative, honest, and answered all our questions (without even having to ask them!) It was a big change having to move preschools, however Dayani settled down and was very happy from day one. She has a lot of fun whilst learning and loves talking about everyone in the room. Thank you all for making it an easy transition for Dayani. Kind regards, Jenny and Jay.”
“First one is for Abbie in Butterflies. Beau is completely obsessed with Abbie. Abbie cares and understands Beau so well. I have to thank her for when Beau was so poorly, she tried her ultimate best to comfort Beau and assist us in the best possible way. Beau talks about Abbie all the time and what Abbie has taught or shown her throughout the day!! Beau has come on leaps and bounds. Secondly Danielle & Shauna are always on CJ’s mind! CJ has changed massively in the last few months since being in Cocoons. His speech is much clearer and he is much more confident. If we buy a new toy or new book his words are always ‘I show shauna’. Both girls are extremely caring towards CJ and definitely put him at ease in the mornings when he knows they are there.”
