I started working for St George’s Nursery as an apprentice when the Narborough site first opened in 2014, since then I have progressed to become the Nursery’s SENCo and Senior nursery nurse. This wouldn’t have been possible without the excellent support, guidance and training that has helped me to develop my confidence and equip me with knowledge and skills to use daily in my role
All the training and confidence they gave me I couldn’t thank them enough. I was senior for just over 2 years and loved it. My confidence grew stronger and stronger. I enjoyed working with the management team and creating strong bonds with the staff and parents. Now I have become a Deputy Manager and I am loving it.
I started working for St. Georges nursery in 1995. I started as an apprentice and I gained my level 2 and 3 in childcare while working here, getting support and guidance from the management and staff team. I have worked in the pre-school now for many years and I love seeing the children grow and helping them to prepare for their journey onto big school.
I am a nursery cook for St George’s Nursery School. I have worked for the company for the past 18 years. For 14 years I worked at the Grace Road site and at present at our Enderby site.
I really enjoy my job and watching the children grow and develop from the baby room all the way to preschool. The nursery has developed and grown with lots of lovely friendly staff and we have recently celebrated our 25th anniversary this year.
We are just one big happy family
I have been working for St Georges Nursery since 2007. What I like about working at St Georges Nursery is the daily challenges faced with children’s development and progression in their early years, where I can be part of their growing future. I love to spend quality time interacting with the children and seeing them smile.
With the help of the parents, the staff and the managers it makes my role as a nursery practitioner smooth and I am able to enjoy my role fully.
